Our ADI training courses are designed to prepare the client to enter the industry with all the skills required to build and maintain a successful business. Our careful selection process ensures our clients have the motivation and potential to succeed. We always make a home visit in order to make sure our potential clients fully understand the process and the commitment required. We will then design a training programme that is suitable for the individual, utilising their previous experiences and skills to tailor the course.
You will not need previous teaching practice,
but you will need the following core skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A commitment to personal development.
- Positive outlook.
- Desire to learn new skills, including business
management and self promotion.
The ADI examinations are of course an integral part of your development. We offer a clear, holistic approach to these in order to prepare you for first time success. Following your qualification we offer you a position with our driving school
